I have been an active part of print and internet publishing industry since 1997, with experience working in different parts of the world. My exposure to different cultures and working styles has helped me work successfully with high-level, high-profile clients in the private and public sectors.

I have worked in New York and Manila, collaborated virtually with teams in London, San Francisco, and Washington DC, and attended conferences and meetings (as presentor, participant, or member of the coordinating team) in Europe, North Africa, and many cities in Asia.

Secrets of Success

To make sure both my clients and I are happy with a project, here's a set of criteria that helps me to deliver work that meets the goals we'd agreed on, and on time.

• Technology. Since I do frontend work, please assign a technology point person with whom I coordinate on backend development and integration, web hosting, and other technology matters. This can be someone in your staff, your web host, or another consultant.

• Time and budget. The schedule and resources available are reasonable, with time for client reviews, revisions, editing, and beta-testing.

• Structure. I work better in an organized environment (or at least in organized chaos) with set goals, timetables, and regular client interaction and feedback.
